Abstract

Supply chain security has emerged as a critical concern for organizations globally, driven by the increasing sophistication of cyber threats and the interconnected nature of modern supply chains. This paper explores the concept of supply chain security, focusing on risk management and cyber defense strategies. The integration of technology into supply chains has not only improved efficiency but has also introduced vulnerabilities that can be exploited by malicious actors. This research paper provides a comprehensive analysis of current risks facing supply chains, the importance of proactive risk management, and the implementation of effective cyber defense mechanisms. By examining case studies and best practices, this paper aims to highlight the necessity for organizations to adopt a holistic approach to supply chain security, ensuring resilience against emerging threats.
