Health Impacts of River Water Pollution: A Comprehensive Assessment of Affected Communities
Abstract
River water pollution poses significant health risks to communities living nearby, leading to the prevalence of waterborne diseases and long-term health consequences. This paper assesses the health impacts of river water pollution on these communities, examining case studies from various regions. We analyze the correlation between pollution levels and health outcomes, and propose strategies for mitigating these risks, including improved water treatment, community education, and policy interventions.
